An old old redwood pedestrian gate and panel located in a lovely residential neighborhood situated in Ventura. The owner contacted us March of 2016 seeking ideas, timeline and cost. Our interaction was entirely done via email, Whatsapp and phone communication. Mr Jeff. C contacted us with his approval two days after we provided him with all the details he asked for. We mutually agreed on time and date to set the wheels in motion.
Upon Arrival we have were delighted to finally meet Mr Jeff .C. We walked through the job site and went over all the details again to make sure we are all on the same page and answer additional questions.
After a few hours of work the new gate was up and ready for Mr Jeff .C to inspect. To our delight he was very happy with our work.
We then completed the transaction and headed out to our next job of the day.

This might seem like a simple issue, well, it is not. A damages or a missing infrared eye sensor reflector could be disastrous.
On the morning of we received a call from the main office of the management team responsible for this multi unit housing building located in North Hollywood. We instructed the maintenance personal on site to turn off the sliding gate and leave it open as we were on our way to fix the problem. 90 minutes later we arrived and remedied the issue quickly.
Safety First!
We then completed the transaction and headed out to our next job of the day.

Original: Hit by a car heavy damage to the main frame of the sliding gate.
Installed: The gate was removed from its place and taken to our shop for a reconstruction process. At the shop, we dismantled the gate at the locations needed to remove the damaged frame and install new iron portions for best quality repair. After polish and paint, the gate transported back to our client’s home and reinstalled. Back home and better than new.
